ENVYSION RAISES $3 MILLION AND GAINS RECOGNITION AS ONE OF COLORADO’S MOST INNOVATIVE COMPANIES

Envysion continues momentum with additional funding, plus receives top honors at Boulder County Business Report IQ Awards

LOUISVILLE, CO, August 15, 2008 – EnvysionTM Inc., (www.envysion.com) the leading Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS) provider, today announced that it has closed a third round of equity investment, raising an additional $3 million. Highlighting Envysion’s innovation and growth, the Boulder County Business Report honored Envysion with its IQ Award, recognizing it as one of the area’s most innovative companies. The IQ Award is the latest recognition Envysion has received for its innovative service and outstanding growth. In June, the company received the CSIA Apex Award for innovation, and in March won VON Magazine’s Innovator Award.

The announcements come on the heels of several news releases Envysion issued just a few weeks earlier in July. Those announcements included: Several new enhancements to its MVaaS platform; becoming the first managed video company to comply with PCI-DSS standards; signing one of the largest fast-food restaurant franchise owners in the Southeast; and, gaining traction in the hotel industry segment with two new customers.

“Envysion offers a well-differentiated, cost-effective solution that demonstrates the vital role that video assets can play in business operations,” noted Ira M. Weinstein, senior analyst and partner at Wainhouse Research. “Its service ties video on the web to distinct business applications, enabling almost any type of organization to improve operations and increase profitability.”

Boulder County Business Report (BCBR) IQ Award Latest in Envysion’s Growing List of Honors
The IQ Award “recognizes products or services that are truly innovative.” Award-winning ideas are those that lead to a sustainable business that has the best potential to help build or grow a successful and profitable company. This year, BCBR received nearly 60 nominations from companies in the Boulder Valley. Envysion is recognized as the most innovative among nominees in the Business Product & Service category.

Matt Steinfort, CEO of Envysion, said, “Gaining recognition for our customer focused innovation is very gratifying, and we continue to invest in and deliver improvements in our service for our customers by way of our Managed Video as a Service platform.”

Envysion Raises $3M in Third Round of Funding
In addition to winning the IQ Award, Envysion announced that it has closed its third round of funding from its existing investors, bringing total funds raised to $12.5 million since February of 2006. The round was again led by Columbia Capital, with continued participation by High Country Ventures, Bear Equity and a number of the company’s early angel investors.

The additional funding comes as Envysion experiences dramatically increased traction with its MVaaS offering. The majority of the capital will be devoted to the ongoing enhancement of the Envysion Video product and to the acceleration of Envysion’s sales and marketing efforts.

“We are excited about the traction Envysion Video has gained within the restaurant, retail and hotel segments,” said Columbia Capital Partner John Siegel. “We believe that Envysion will continue to lead the industry with its innovative MVaaS offering.”

JNBRIDGE TO UNVEIL JNBRIDGEPRO 4.0 AT JAVAONE 2008

Updates to core Java and .NET interoperability product allow users to access Java from Visual Studio and .NET from Eclipse

BOULDER, Colo., May 5, 2008 (JavaOne Booth #1030) — JNBridge, the leading provider of Java and .NET interoperability tools, today announced it will debut the latest release of its core product, JNBridgePro, at JavaOne. JNBridgePro is designed for developers building cross-platform applications. JNBridgePro 4.0 adds integration with the primary Java and .NET Integrated Development Environments (IDEs): Eclipse and Visual Studio. JNBridgePro 4.0 allows developers to code with the opposite platform without leaving their native development environment.

“Java coupled with .NET offers a powerful combination for enterprise developers looking to reap the benefits of both technologies,” said Mark Driver, principal analyst at Gartner Research. “As enterprises continue to struggle with issues related to the integration and complexity of these two powerful platforms, tools that remove the complexity of cross-platform interoperability will become the norm.”

JNBridgePro 4.0 connects Java and .NET-based components and applications together with simple-to-use bridging tools and adapters that remove the complexities of cross-platform interoperability. JNBridgePro provides fast access to anything Java from anything .NET and anything .NET from anything Java, including EJBs, J2SE, J2EE, AWT, SWT, Swing, .NET APIs, ASP.NET, WinForms, or SharePoint Server. Developers can explore Java or .NET classes to quickly select which classes to integrate, and then JNBridgePro builds proxies that can be called from the other side.

With JNBridgePro’s new plug-ins, developers now can explore and expose .NET classes from within Eclipse and explore and expose Java classes from within Visual Studio. Developers now are able to remain in their native IDE while coding and building against the other platform. Visual Studio users do not have to know the underlying Java code they’re accessing and Eclipse users do not have to know the underlying .NET code they’re calling.
JNBridgePro 4.0 includes:
• Ability to access .NET classes from Eclipse via the new JNBridgePro Eclipse plug-in
• Ability to access Java classes from Visual Studio via the new JNBridgePro Visual Studio plug-in
• Full 64-bit support
• Data compression of large messages and arrays for greater performance

“With the Eclipse and Visual Studio plug-ins in JNBridgePro 4.0, the whole proxy generation process becomes just another project in the build cycle,” said Wayne Citrin, CTO of JNBridge. “Now developers never have to leave their development environment to access the other side, so the interoperability becomes even more simple and transparent. JNBridgePro 4.0 represents our continued and on-going commitment to provide developers with fast and easy-to-use Java and .NET interop tools that enable them to quickly deliver their applications.”
