SENIOR ENGINEER JOINS FREEWAVE TECHNOLOGIES TO HELP DESIGN PREMIUM WIRELESS DATA RADIOS

Leader in spread spectrum radios enhances engineering department with the addition of industry veteran

The addition of Dorokhin to FreeWave’s engineering team reflects the company’s goal of continuing to develop the best spread spectrum radios in the industry.

Before FreeWave, Dorokhin worked for Spectralink/Polycom designing RF front ends of voiceover WLAN business phones. He has more than 20 years experience in the wireless and fiber-optic industries and has held various design positions at Lucent, Mintera and IPG Photonics. Dorokhin holds a master’s degree in radio design and radio communications from Moscow University of Telecommunications.
