Before that, he was Director of Internet Engineering and the founding engineer responsible for MCI’s Internet backbone. He also was a Senior Engineer at Advanced Network and Services (ANS). Rob received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Carleton College and a Master of Science degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin/Madison.
