Company to commemorate milestone with year-long series of events and activities
BOULDER, Colo., Jan. 31, 2012 — JNBridge, (www.jnbridge.com), a leading provider of interoperability tools that connect the Java and .NET Frameworks, today announced the 10-year anniversary of the company. Since 2002, JNBridge has grown from a start-up providing support for accessing Java classes from .NET to an award-winning interoperability tool provider for customers ranging in size from small independent software vendors to large global enterprises. JNBridge boasts some of the world’s foremost companies as customers: including financial services, insurance, telecom, media, government, healthcare and manufacturing industries. To celebrate the company’s 10-year milestone it will be looking both backwards and forwards: showcasing some of its current customer applications and inviting the developer community to create and share new use cases that incorporate new technologies, both in the cloud and on the ground.
“The past 10 years have been an incredible journey for our company and customers,” said Wayne Citrin, CTO of JNBridge. “The interest and demand for our Java .NET interoperability solutions continues to increase, and we’re continually amazed by the breadth of applications our customers incorporate our tools into. As we look ahead, we will continue to explore and provide technologies that address the evolving needs of developers in emerging industries.”
Citrin co-founded the company in 2001 along with partner and COO Deborah Arhelger, back when .NET was still in beta. The company has achieved year-over-year growth without any outside investors. JNBridge’s focus on providing rich, high performance, and simple-to-use interoperability tools has earned the company industry recognition and helped to build an impressive list of clients, including Adobe, Pfizer, Barclays, HBO, Boeing and GE.
JNBridge’s interoperability adapters and software have received numerous accolades over the years, including being cited as a Gartner Cool Vendor, Reader’s Choice Award from Visual Studio Magazine, and Best of Tech-Ed finalist.
“Microsoft values the relationships it has cultivated throughout the years with partners like JNBridge,” said Tom Lindeman, Director of the Visual Studio Industry Partner program at Microsoft. “The technology of connecting .NET to other platforms allows us to extend our reach and remove the complexities of cross-platform interoperability.”

JNBRIDGE WINS MERIT AWARD FROM THE READERS OF VISUAL STUDIO MAGAZINE
JNBridgePro awarded in middleware, SOA and server-based tool market category
BOULDER, Colo., November 4, 2010 – JNBridge, (www.jnbridge.com), the leading provider of interoperability tools that connect the Java and .NET Frameworks, today announced that JNBridgePro received a Readers Choice Merit Award in the Visual Studio Magazine (VSM) 18th Annual Readers Choice Awards. The 2010 winners are chosen by the readers of VSM and honor the best Visual Studio-related tools available in the market today. JNBridgePro was selected by readers for a Merit Award for adding significant value to the developer market in the Middleware, SOA and Server-based tools category.
“We rely on Visual Studio Magazine subscribers to drive our annual Readers Choice Awards, because they are among the most demanding and knowledgeable developers on the planet,” said Michael Desmond, editor-in-chief of Visual Studio Magazine. “Our readers live and die by their tools. So when a product earns recognition in our survey, it really means something. These tools have proven themselves out where it really counts-not in a reviewer’s lab, but in the field. I commend all the winners in this year’s VSM Readers Choice Awards.”
The Readers Choice Awards are based on the hard-won expertise and insight of VSM subscribers. Every year, the publication invites a select subset of readers to fill out survey ballots and identify the top products across specific tooling categories. The process ensures the awards reflect the opinion of VSM readers.
“We are honored to be recognized by those who know our products the best – developers – as there is no better confirmation that we are delivering upon our promise to provide useful tools that bridge Java and .NET and remove the complexities of cross-platform interoperability,” said Wayne Citrin, CTO of JNBridge. “It has been a rewarding experience to see the rapid adoption of JNBridgePro by enterprise developers who seek to connect Java and .NET Framework components and APIs together. We look forward to continuing to deliver solutions which meet developers’ needs.”
