Our Strategic Narrative Workshop starts by researching competitors and digging into industry mega-trends and disruptive factors. We then facilitate a one-day, on-site workshop with key executives that reveals a company’s view of the industry and its category vision based on expertise and experience. It dives into market dynamics/trends, popular industry perceptions/misperceptions, industry challenges and opportunities, and possible new categories and/or best-practice processes. We then compile and analyze the input from workshop participants and deliver a 100-percent unique industry narrative that focuses on industry vision and leadership. For many, it serves as the “umbrella message” companies find hard to articulate.
